AI & ML Process Purpose, Goals and Objectives:
Defined specific, measurable, actionable, realistic, results-oriented, traceable and timely (SMARRTT) process purposes, goals and objectives for the effective execution of each AI & ML process. We ensure that they are linked to the agreed up business goals and supported by suitable metrics. Moralits will prepare a communication plan to address the above purposes, goals and objectives in a common language.
AI & ML Policy, Plans and Procedures
Moralits Facilitates in defining, reviewing and communicating communication- and improvement plans which addresses how all policies, plans and procedures that drive an AI & ML process are documented, reviewed, maintained, approved, stored, communicated and used for training purposes. Moralits independently reviews the assigned responsibilities for each of these activities and, at appropriate times, review whether they are executed correctly. We will advise in ensuring that theAI & ML related policies, plans and procedures are accessible, correct, understood and up to date
